Hrishikesh Talukdar is an Indian advocate with over a decade of active litigation and advisory experience. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an LL.B., which gives him a structured and analytical approach to legal problem solving.

He has represented clients in civil, commercial, property and criminal matters and has handled disputes before various courts and tribunals. His work includes civil and commercial litigation, land and property disputes, contractual issues, consumer disputes, criminal trials, matrimonial disputes, debt recovery cases, banking and municipal matters as well as writ petitions, quashing petitions and public interest litigations,etc. before High Courts.

He has worked with clients from across India as well as Non Resident Indians based in jurisdictions such as Kuwait, Oman, United Kingdom and the United States in matters connected to Indian law and property.

He personally supervises key client matters and all offshore legal assignments handled by the firm. This founder led model ensures direct accountability, consistent quality and clear communication at every stage.
